“little bookish things” is a bit of a misnomer because, to my way of thinking, there’s nothing “little” about the world of books. in fact, this blog is a personal reminder that no matter what path my life takes, books will always be – are always – an integral part of that journey.

personally, me: 29 year old scholar living in washington, d.c. (for summer of 2012) and chicago (for the foreseeable future) who loves to buy and read books of all kinds (and forms). six younger siblings, no children and long term significant other who i may refer to in these annals as “MP.” love affairs with etsy shopping, national public radio on sunday mornings, herbal tea, craft beer, blockbuster movies at the theater on a friday night, and farmer’s market summer peaches. current dalliance: gourmet caramels with sea salt.
